Matching

My friends know that I love to match stuff. I have ever since I was a kid. I used to match wrapping paper for wallpaper in my dollhouses to felt for carpet. Graham got this cute blue gingham outfit from some friends at church. Then he got the pacifier clip with gingham ribbon and the bib with gingham trim for his baby dedication. It just so happens his fancy diaper bag for church is blue gingham (really it is one without any buckles, velcro, etc that will not pick mommy's church clothes).

And daddy accidentally dressed in matching gingham that day too!

oh and there was a cute "hat" to match. =)

I love it when things match so effortlessly!

First Monogrammed Outfit

I was trying to take some pictures of Graham in this cute outfit and he was obsessed with the texture of his chair. He is really obsessed with the texture of whatever is around him now and he just pats it constantly...He does this with Nana's sofa too, quilts, and our granite countertops.

Cuteness

Mommy thinks she has to take a picture of Graham in every cute outfit. He's only a baby once! Here are some of her recent "cute outfit" pictures.

These are Mommy's(current) favorite pajamas for summer.

And she loves Graham's new watermelon outfit...

Mrs. Kara gave Graham this cute outfit at Mommy's work shower...

This is Graham's first applique outfit...it made his eyes look so blue!

First 4th of July

Graham had a busy day on his first 4th of July. He went to Tuscumbia for the first time to visit Grandmother's side of the family. Everyone was so excited to see him. Then he went to Nana and Papa's for a cookout and homemade ice cream. It was a lot of activity for one little boy!

Five Green and Speckled Frogs

I had never heard of this song, but it is apparently the song the frog on Graham's bouncy seat plays if you pull the chord. Graham learned to pull the chord yesterday. We thought he was in his room asleep in the bouncy seat, and the next thing we know, we hear music. I thought Brian had walked in there and started the music, but he hadn't. Now Graham likes to pull it all the time!

"Five Green and speckled frogs,
Sitting on a hollow log,
Eating some most delicious bugs,
Yum, Yum.
One frog jumped in the pool,
Where it was nice and cool,
Now there are only four speckled frogs,
Glub, glub."

Although he's making no attempt in this photo, I promise he really does play the music all the time!
